Option A – Overview
This is an ideal way to introduce the Myers-Briggs® model of personality type into your business, or to expand knowledge from a broad based type framework to one that is more in-depth. It is a short course designed to introduce (or refresh) participants to the different communication and interaction styles of different personality types. It is designed specifically to help professionals with the challenges they typically face interacting with all parts of the business.
The three-tiered nature of the course means there are :-
- no large chunks of time away from the office
- each partcipant addresses individual development
- group work consolidates the knowledge and insights gained
- Increased self awareness
- Know how your personality preference effects your communication style
- Know how to build bridges between people to develop rapport
- Increased acceptance and appreciation of differences
- Better customer service
1. Introduction plus Introversion/Extraversion workshop – 1½ hours.
This is a short initial workshop to introduce the concepts and process that will be used. Typically, busy professionals like short sound bites of practical advice with evidence to prove this has worked before and is grounded in solid science.
2. One-on-one sessions – Up to 2 hours each face-to-face.
This is a learning opportunity with an expert in this field. It uses the “Personality Puzzle” tool and individual feedback is given which is tailored to needs and depends on current knowledge and understanding. By the end of these sessions all participants will know their Myers-Briggs® type and how this effects their lives both at work and at home.
3. Team workshop – 3 hours
This builds on the insights gained from the previous sessions and focuses on putting the learning into practice. Activities will be tailor-made according to need.
To keep this knowledge ‘alive’, one hour follow up sessions can be arranged at any time. These can cover a wide range of extension topics; for example, communication, teams, stress, change, time management, customer focus, specific case studies or whatever is relevant for your business.

A four hour workshop that facilitates self-assessment of personality type as described by the Myers-Briggs model. It is intended as an introduction, with follow up sessions that can be tailor made to your needs. Completion of questionnaires is not required as I believe the process of self-discovery has a powerful impact on resonance with the ideas that are introduced and the ability of each individual in the group to engage in the process and be convinced by the results.
Price depends on the size of the group. Between 8 and 24 participants is ideal.
